Coronado is a small island just across from the San Diego Bay and although it is considered by many as a tourist area, it offers a vibrant nightlife full of bars, wine bars, local events and even local theatres. On any given night the streets of Coronado are bustling with tourists and locals enjoying beautiful San Diego weather. Every Sunday during spring and summer enjoy the Concert in the Park; live bands play in Spreckles Park while locals and visitors come out and lay down a blanket or bring a picnic.
